Und spekulationen sind ganz schlecht ausgegangen, bin ganz vorsichtig bei Amis, stockwi ., yahoofinance , wir fanatasieren aber Amis sind unmöglich...hYpen bis nicht mehr geht...und vor allem gibt es auch fake pusher.....

This 19.2 mil is from warrants exercised by the end of September. This was mentioned in the earnings call press release. According to latest filings there are about 165 million shares outstanding and may be even more from remaining warrants.

Siehe Ocugen, Sundial,.... die haben komplet kontrole Übernommen.
