Ich schreibe lieber in diesem Forum, Thema Auslieferung 2000Stk. Einen gewissen "Ausschuss" wird bei jeder Chipproduktion einkalkuliert. Je nach Größe und Komplexität sollte der "Produktionsertrag" zwischen 70-90% liegen. Und das ist NORMAL. Es gibt echt ne menge Ursachen warum Chips fehlerhaft bei der Produktion werden. Und da sind Verunreinigungen auf dem Wafer durch Staub und mikroskopische Schmutzpartikel die keinsten -und die am häufigsten Ursachen. Erfahrene Firmen bestellen min 20-30% mehr, um die bewusst anfallende Ausfallrate gleich abzufangen. Eine Nachproduktion dauert in der Regel lange, man reserviert sich einen Zeitraum! Ist natürlich eine Geldfrage. Kosten, Nutzen Verkaufspreis! Sollte es so sein, wäre es ein sehr holpriger Start. Zur Info: TSMC hat 2019 für NVIDIA eine Fehlproduktion bei einer Grafikkarte hingelegt. Kosten der versauten Wafer.
