The transaction involved spending approximately $1.05 billion, with an average purchase price of around $104,080 per Bitcoin, as detailed in a Form 8-K. The acquisition was funded through proceeds from the company's ongoing preferred stock offerings, including its STRK, STRF, and STRD at-the-market (ATM) programs. With this latest purchase, MicroStrategy now holds a total of 592,100 Bitcoin, acquired at an aggregate cost of $41.84 billion, resulting in an average price of $70,666 per coin.

Trump's Truth Social rolls out Bitcoin-Ethereum ETF Truth Social has launched a new digital asset investment vehicle, the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF (BT), a Nevada-based trust that holds both Bitcoin and Ethereum, a filing of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed on Monday. According to the document, Yorkville America Digital, LLC will sponsor the Trust, which initially allocates its assets in a three-to-one ratio of Bitcoin to Ethereum. While shares are only issued and redeemed in blocks of 10,000 through authorized participants, all transactions will initially be cash-based, with Foris DAX, Inc. acting as the liquidity provider. "Shares will be offered to the public from time to time at varying prices that will reflect the price of bitcoin and ether and the trading price of the Shares on New York Stock Exchange Arca, Inc. (“NYSE Arca”) at the time of the offer," the filing read.

Richtig. Ich hab Ahnung und Zyklen und einfache Mathematik bestätigen das alle Jahre wieder. Stand jetzt ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit von über 85% das es wieder Kurse unter 30k € geben wird im Bitcoin

Junge schau mal die traditionellen Aktienmärkte da ist alles grün. Bitcoin hat rein gar nichts mit Krisensicher zu tun. Ja überall ist dicke Luft aber es ist aber auch alles grün weil der Zeitpunkt für die große Korrektur noch nicht gekommen ist. Aber dann wird auch Bitcoin wieder unter die 40k laufen. Das ist so sicher wie das Amen in der Kirche.
