The recall encompasses two batches: 52,890 Qin Plus DM-i units produced between September 26, 2021, and September 23, 2023, and 36,091 Qin Plus DM-i units manufactured between January 7, 2021, and September 30, 2022.
Some vehicles within the recall scope may experience limited power output from the battery pack due to consistency issues in the production process.
In extreme cases, pure electric mode operation may become unavailable, posing a safety risk, according to the announcement.
This recall campaign is being conducted under the SAMR's defect investigation.
BYD will authorize dealers to use OTA technology to upgrade the vehicle-side diagnostic software free of charge for affected vehicles. When the software detects battery abnormalities, the instrument panel will illuminate the battery fault indicator, prompting users to return to the dealership for a free replacement of the power battery pack.

ich gehe davon aus, dass es bald wieder einen kräftigen Schub nach oben gibt....einen den sich mal wieder niemand erklären kann...kennt man ja von BYD...so bis 17-18 Euro sollten drin sein

Ich werte das als positiv. Der Verkaufsdruck wird immer kleiner mit dem kleiner werdenden Volumen. Für mich heisst das, dass wir beim Boden angekommen sind, solange das Volumen und der Druck nach Unten nicht wieder grösser werden.
