Bis Max. 20% das Verfahren und Bedingungen werden unter der aktuellen Marktbetrachtung und der benötigten Summe, in einzelnen oder mehreren Ausschüttungen vorgenommen. Letzte Satz beschreibt wofür die KE verwendet werden soll/kann. Höhe ist hiervon abhängig.

Steht da jetzt wieso die nicht angekündigt haben wie hoch der Ke ist? Xiaomi und byd haben parallel angekündigt das die ke machen aber xiaomi hat angekündigt wie hoch es ist! Telse hat auch gestern oder vorgestern angekündigt das die ke machen auch mit zahlen aber byd nicht!

BYD ist seit 2003 in der Automobilbranche bei, noch nicht in den USA gelistet hat somit noch Kaufpotential, ist die Nr. 2 hinter Tesla im Absatz, liefert Busse und Taxis in die EU, hat eine Cooperation mit Daimler.... und und und.

The Company has recently submitted the application materials in relation to the issuance of additional H shares of the Company and the listing of such shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) (the “H Share Issuance”) to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”) pursuant to the general mandate granted by the Resolution on the Grant of General Mandate to the Board of the Company, which was considered and passed at the 2019 annual general meeting (the “AGM”) convened on 23 June 2020. The number of the H shares to be issued in the H Share Issuance will not exceed 20% of the total number of the H shares in issue on the date of the AGM (i.e. 23 June 2020). The actual number of H shares to be issued will be determined by the Company and the placing agent(s) according to market conditions and the capital requirements of the Company. Upon the approval of the CSRC, the H Share Issuance is planned to be made in one tranche or multiple tranches by the Company and the placing agent(s) within the approved amount and the valid period according to market conditions and relevant rules. The entire net proceeds will be used for working capital replenishment, repayment of interest-bearing debt, investment in research and development and general corporate purposes.

Deswegen denke ich das bei der KE gute news kommen werden sonst gibt es kein Logik

Was ist das für ein Strategie von byd die kündigen an das die KE machen aber sagen nicht wie hoch es sein wird! Wieso sollten die Aktie weiter runter drücken wenn der Ke hoch wird als erwartet!

Kommen wir in Deutschland auch in den Genuss der KE?
