Wie viel Kostenreduzierung durch SIB?
#BYD behauptet, dass Poly SIB bis 2025 31 % günstiger sein kann als LFP und LO SIB 17 % günstiger sein kann
Gehen wir von einer mittelfristigen Kostenreduzierung von 1/5 und 1/3 für LO und Poly SIB im Vergleich zu LFP aus. Ich habe bei Seagull eine Kostenreduzierung von etwa 7500 für Poly durch die Einführung von SIB -> ermittelt
Durch die Einführung von Poly kann BYD die Seagull-Kosten auf 66.000 senken, was die High-End-Varianten von Wuling Bingo unterbieten und sogar das Low-End-Bingo gefährden würde
Sie fragen sich vielleicht, warum BYD einen solchen PX-Krieg beginnen möchte? Ich denke, es liegt im Interesse von BYD, den A0/A00-Markt zu erobern
Durch den Einsatz von Poly SIB und einem etwas kleineren Batteriepaket (durch die schnellere Ladegeschwindigkeit von SIB im Vergleich zu LIB) können die Kosten für Elektrofahrzeuge um weitere 10 % gesenkt werden
Bei PHEV kann die Einführung von SIB für 10- bis 25-kWh-Batteriepakete weitere 2.000 bis 5.000 RMB für Modelle wie Qin+, Song Pro/+ und Destroyer 05 einsparen. Für preisbewusste Kunden im Bereich von 80.000 bis 150.000 ist dies ein weiterer Grund, davon abzuweichen ICE- bis NEV-Modelle

LR version comes w/ 115 kWh CATL NCM battery
SR version comes w/ 76.6 kWh BYD blade battery
Last yr, NCM px $150/kWh. If px drop 15-20% due to lower Li px, then CATL option ~900RMB
LFP rumored 650 RMB early this yr. W/ continued lower Li px, maybe down to 600
115 * 900 = 103.5k RMB
76.6 * 600 = 46k RMB
Explains the 60k difference in price
