In response to complaints by GREATWALL MOTOR (02333.HK) that models of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) are not compliant with emissions standards, BYD issued a statement stating that it firmly opposes any form of unfair competition and reserves the right to take legal action. BYD also said its products and related tests comply with national standards and are certified by national authorities. According to the statement, on April 11, 2023, GREATWALL submitted a complaint report to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State Administration of Market Regulation, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology regarding two BYD products. Volumen überschaubar, RSI auch ok. Wäre schön, wenn es an der 200er bei etwa 221 abprallt. Aber HSI ist halt mal wieder ne Vollpflaume.

HSI allgemein gerade wieder in Schieflage. Dazu Sektor-News: XPENG-W (09868.HK) reported a non-GAAP net loss of RMB2.21 billion in the first quarter of 2023, flattish on a QoQ basis. The aggregate automobile delivery volume in the first quarter contracted 17.9% YoY. The share price of the stock plummeted 4.5% to $33 this morning. NIO-SW (09866.HK) and GEELY AUTO (00175.HK) also dropped 4.7% and 2%, respectively.
