Die Investmentbank Bear Stearns gerät wegen hoher Verluste mit Hypothekenkrediten in eine gefährliche Schieflage. Die US-Notenbank Fed arrangiert deshalb im März eine Übernahme durch die Großbank JP Morgan.

Das mit der arrangierten Übernahme klingt doch schon fast 1 zu 1 wie der aktuelle credit Suisse fall🤔😳

Das wird den Markt definitiv nicht beruhigen. Wird einen kleinen Crash geben 💥
Und wenn es zu keiner Einigung kommt dann stürzt die ganze Börse ab wie 2008
