Pat_the_rat You wont win that silly argument. The DSMB disclosed data to German Politicians before Curevac had it- that is down to Germany pathetic laws. DSMB should only communicate with Cure vac they choose that route. Now to put your mind at rest. CNN interviewed the CEO of Pfizer and Biontech the night before the results were released the next day. FACT- CNN did not broadcast that news till afterwards- but people on Biontech Pfizer and CNN could buy shares in Europe in Travel company- Cruise liners, Motor manufactures etc- SEC have this under investigation- as even though CNN did not broadcast the interview til the next day- its the trading in other shares that they are looking at. Vaccine news like that gave the market a 25% uplift across the board- so if you actually think what you wrote carry any merit- stop think and think again. Being in regulatory position for a number of years I do fully understand what goes on. Curevac mistake was not to come out and slate Laterback and Lurcha - for it- they just passed the details to there listing requirements and that is all they can do- they can deny the news leaked by German Minsters- but at the end of the day- one thing is clear German politicians stink worse than trump and that is saying something.. I have written to SEC on th two politicians and Curevac and strongly suggested to curevac they seek damages from the two members - your government bending DSMB for data is about as bad as Hans bilk investing in oil during a war. Curevac need to clean the IR dept up and if SEC see anything wrong they will act.

Das hier ist von Ende April und wenn ich mir seine jetzigen anschaue, sollte er am besten nie mehr irgendein Studienleiter werden. So eine Fahne im Wind: Wann rechnen Sie mit einer Zulassung des Curevac-Impfstoffes? Dr. Peter Kremser: Wenn alles bestens geht, dann in zwei bis drei Wochen. Wenn es am allerschlechtesten läuft, wird es nie eine Zulassung geben (räumt er sarkastisch ein). Es sprechen jedoch keinerlei Anzeichen dafür, dass es zu keiner Zulassung kommt.

@Franky : bei der Nachrichtlage und Äußerungen von CV (sprich Vorstand, CEO und Studienleiter) ... ist es fraglich, was für ein Produkt da noch rauskommt. Ich hoffe auch, dass die Kommunikation gradliniger wird und man weis woran man ist

Denke mal bis zur HV wird der Kurs noch relativ stabil um das aktuelle Niveau sein.. Absturz davor glaube ich nicht.. Dann wird man sehen wie die HV aufgenommen wird.. wenn natürlich irgendein Studienleiter sagt die anderen sind alle besser.......
