Kurze Erklärung @Stay_Bullish😉🤓 To know the cost of miniting an NFT, I am taking an artist’s piece of artwork and mint it, meaning to generate the certificate of authenticity, to make it one of one Non Fungible Tokens, that fee was 0.050421 to one Ethereum which works out to $87.53. That's the cost of minting the NFT. Then there’s another fee to list the artwork on Foundation so that was 0.035822 to Ethereum which is $62.19. So, we’re talking about $87+$62 equals $149.72 just to get my first piece of artwork on Foundation. The way Foundation works are, it’s a 24-hour auction and that auction begins when the first bid is placed. The first it was placed, the auction began, and when the auction ended it was a little bit higher than his reserve price which is basically that the starting bid so it was sold for 0.165 Ethereum and that is $286.44. Believe me, that’s an exciting amount of money to sell a first art piece for. Especially, if you’re not someone famous. From that, there is a 15% commission fee that goes to Foundation, so in this case, that was 0.02475 Ethereum which works out to $42.97. Remember, that’s another $42.97 in addition to the rest of the commissions so far. Then there is the transaction fee of actually getting my money out of escrow. So his $286.44 in revenue is now tied up, and he has to transfer it to my wallet. So… when transferring into his wallet there’s a transaction fee of 0.018 Ethereum which works out to $31.25 just to get the money out. This doesn’t include getting the money into his bank account. This is just getting it into the wallet, which he then have to work out into his bank account if he wanted to become real money. Let’s make quick maths here. So there was $149.72 just to get his first piece of artwork on Foundation. Then he has to add the 15% commission fee that goes to Foundation ($42.97) plus the commission to transfer the money into my wallet ($31.25). So, it reached up to $223.94. on his sale of $286.44. Therefore, his profit is $62.50 which means that 78.2% went to fees. The fees are a lot, but again the minting fee, listing fee, and transaction fee are all fees to process a transaction on the blockchain. This means they’re not really percentages so much that they’re considered a gas fee. And on the Ethereum blockchain there’s this concept of gas, which is basically how much energy, how much electricity, how much processing power is it going to take to process the transaction right, and that electricity, that’s real electricity. Real people are paying an electric bill to have their GPUs processing all of these transactions. 👉***I just wanted to clarify that if your friends were talking about “I just sold an NFT for $300, making money hand-over-fist”. They’re not!!!***👈 The fees are substantial especially if they’re selling on Foundation. I think is something worth knowing before you get too excited about selling a piece of art for a little bit of money.

Was hab ich verpasst dass der Kurs so fällt?

Hi! Moderna Short hatte ich um kurz vor 10 verkauft (sah mir aus als könnte es deutlich hoch gehen, passierte aber nicht). Bin grade nochmal bei Biontech Short gegangen (TT9PUL). 🙏

Moin zusammen, moin Pete... Erstmal sorry meinerseits, dass da gerade nicht so viel Input kommt. Anfang des Jahres hatte ich ja die Immobile gekauft und umgebaut etc. und die letzten Wochen bin ich sehr stark in den NFT Markt usw. eingetaucht und "trade" dort gerade sehr viel. Biontech halte ich aktuell nur Aktien. Also recht unspektakulär 😁🙈 Wird sich bald wieder ändern und wieder etwas mehr von mir werden😉🙂

Bin komplett Short Rechne nochmal mit großem minus heute

Tja, meine Call mit Ziel 372 Dollar habe ich noch. Ca. 35% im Minus leider. Ich halte. Knock Out bei 309 Dollar.

Ich wollte über Nacht long gehenund habe gesehen, dass Dow runterflog. Zweimal geschaut, rot, grün, Tief rot. Hatte schon geschrieben was ich wollte und zurück gezogen

mal gerspannt wie schnell wir wieder alle gewinne abgeben- leider schon zu oft erlebt , deshalb bei moderne raus u nicht wieder rein- hier warte ich auf die Krebs MRNA Therapien

Sehe ich auch so Grumpy, hab deine Empfehlung, generell nur an grünen Tagen über Nacht bei Biontech long zu gehen, ebenfalls übernommen. Auf Moderna würde ich die "Regel" allerdings nicht übertragen. Ich hab generell den Eindruck, dass hier die aktuelle Unsicherheit bzgl der Wirksamkeit der Impfstoffe gegenüner Omikron ziemlich von der Short Seite ausgenutzt wird. Vor allem die -12% bei Moderna lassen mich nicht positiv stimmen für den nächsten Tag, dazu gab es zum Tagesende bei keinem der beiden eine Kurserholung. Biontech will die Ergebnisse ja bis Ende nächster Woche haben, ich rechne damit schon etwas früher. Und ja, dann kann es sicherlich ganz schnell auch wieder hoch gehen - hoffen wirs!

Moderna hat ja eingeräumt, dass ihr Impfstoff nicht so geil gegen Omikron wirkt. Das hat der Biontech Chef bei seinem Impfstoff ja nicht. Sind zwei unterschiedliche Ausgangspunkte auf deine Aussage bezogen.
