Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Desert Control AS (the "Company") on 1 July 2026 and 16 July 2026 regarding a fully underwritten rights issue raising gross proceeds of NOK 70 million (the "Rights Issue"). The Company has prepared a national prospectus (the "Prospectus") for the Rights Issue. Das ist doch normal, vor 9 Uhr ... Edit: Habe gerade nen Spread von 7%, aber ich warte eh auf meine Bezugsrechte, denn da hab' ich nen Festpreis und kein Spread.

Die spreads sind absolut ekelhaft bei so kleinen Werten. Das ist schon 3st.

Jep, deswegen wird es äußerst interessant sein, wo der Kurs am Freitag schließen wird. Alles ab ≥0,035€ wäre schon top, da dies allein schon 0,01€ über den Bezugsrechtpreis läge.

Ja hab auch gelesen ab dem 27ten. Kann manchmal 1-2 Tage dauern bis die da sind ab offiziellem Datum.

Die kommen frühestens Ende des Monats, um den 27.07. herum.

Habt ihr eure Bezugsrechte schon bekommen und könnt ihr diese verkauf oder einlösen?

Ich handel nur soweit wie mein Broker es anbietet , bzw ich handel nicht direkt an Börsen im Ausland wie einige z.b Nasdaq

Was Ihr bedenken müsst: Wenn nun bald die ersten Langzeitverträge geschlossen werden und immer mehr Kunden hinzukommen, steigt auch die Kreditwürdigkeit des Unternehmens, womit für frisches Kapital eine KE nicht zwangsläufig nötig ist.

So wird's sein.

Ich sehe das absolut optimistisch. LNC funktioniert. Wasser wird gespart, Erträge werden erhöht. Sehe hier keinen Grund, dass nochmal eine KE nötig wäre, bevor der Cashflow groß genug ist. Edit: Selbst wenn eine weitere KE kommt, wird diese eben nicht mehr sonderlich stark verwässern.

Ich habe mal durchgerechnet das sie ca. 500M Nok (45M€) brauchen um gut profitabel und skalieren können. Je nachdem wie viel sie mit lizensen Partnerschaft, fremtkapital und sonstiges arbeiten brauchen sie noch einige an Kapital
