TRILLION ENERGY ANNOUNCES $10 MILLION MARKETED PUBLIC OFFERING November 9, 2023 - Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE: TCF) (OTCQB: TRLEF) (FSE: Z62) ("Trillion", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus with the securities commissions or similar regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, other than Quebec (the "Canadian Jurisdictions"), in connection with a best efforts marketed public offering (the "Offering") of common shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company for gross proceeds of up to $10 million. In connection with the Offering, the Company intends to provide a president's list of purchasers for up to $3 million (the "President's List"). The Offering will be conducted by Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. ("Echelon") as lead agent and sole bookrunner, and is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of the securities regulatory authorities and the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). The Offering will be completed (i) by way of a short form prospectus to be filed in the Canadian Jurisdictions; and (ii) on a private placement basis in the United States pursuant to exemptions from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "U.S. Securities Act"); and (iii) outside Canada and the United States on a basis which does not require the qualification or registration of any of the Company's securities under domestic or foreign securities laws. Trillion intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund its 2023-2024 capital program, the payment of certain accounts payable related to the drilling at SASB, and for general working capital purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or about November 24, 2023, or such other date as the Company and Echelon may agree. The ultimate size and price of the Offering will be determined in the context of the market. The Company has granted Echelon an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Common Shares sold under the Offering, at the Issue Price. The Over-Allotment Option may be exercised in whole or in part to purchase Common Shares as determined by Echelon upon written notice to the Company at any time up to 30 days following the closing date of the Offering (the "Over-Allotment Option"). Hallo, ganz schön ruhig hier. Wenn ich mir die aktuellen Umstände rund um TCF anschaue, dann hätte ich hier eine lebhaftere Diskussion erwartet. War bis zum Frühjahr schon mal investiert, habe dann aber die Reißleine gezogen. Leider habe ich den Anstieg über 40% am Freitag verpasst. Nun am Montag Morgen zu 0,32 Cent neu gekauft. Mal sehen, wo wir Weihnachten stehen...

Short Story: Kanadischer Hedgefonds hat sich verspekuliert. Gründer tot. Assets massiv gedumpt. Anteile nun im Credit aufgelöst. Und eines davon war ... Trillion. Den Rest bitte selbst recherchieren. Im Moment noch keine Ahnung, wie es weiter geht. Noch habe ich hier nichts abgeschrieben.

also ungelogen das ein explorer zum produzenten wird und dabei auch noch die angesprochenen ziele erreicht und danach ins bodenlose stürzt habe ich noch nie gesehen

Ist doch auch alles nur minimal und zu vernachlässigen
