Soweit ich das verstanden habe, gibt es die Aktien gratis, sozusagen als Ausgleich für die E&Z Aktien, welche ja dann ohne Pentixapharm weiterlaufen.

Eine Frage stellt sich mir allerdings noch - wird der Kurs der EZ Aktie dann um den Kurs der Pentixapharm Aktie gekürzt? Wäre für mich eigentlich logisch. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es sich um ein Geschenk handelt.
