Gemäß Quartalsbericht vor einer Woche ist die Beauftragung des unabhängigen Experten immer noch ausstehend. "These milestones pave the way for the appointment of the Independent Expert...", der dann wiederum seine Arbeit machen muss und das IMC informieren muss. Dazu noch BFS update ausstehend und Term Sheet Finalisierung.

Die Zielgerade ist bei Eco traditionell etwas länger und um ein paar Ecken gebogen…also aus verschiedenen Winkeln kann man da unterschiedlicher Auffassung sein.
