"In December 2025, an initial IER report was submitted to KfW IPEX-Bank by the lenders’ Independent Technical Consultant and is now complete following this rigorous technical due diligence program to meet international project financing standards. The completion of the IER is a major milestone and complement the previously reported Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), environmental baseline studies, impact assessments and management plans developed by the Company to align with lenders’ international environmental and social standards, including amongst others the IFC Performance Standards, the Equator Principles, the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management and the World Bank Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines. These milestones pave the way for the appointment of the Independent Expert. The Independent Expert will ultimately inform the German Government Inter-Ministerial Committee in the context of securing a binding offer of cover. Following completion of the IER, an updated Bankable Feasibility Study for the Epanko Project is being finalised and is expected to be delivered in February 2026."

Das ist der Gesamtzusammenhang aus dem quarterly...der Experte wird beauftragt den imc zu informieren...der completion folgend dann die aktualisierte BFS im Februar...liest sich im Gesamt-Text anders als von dir @lumia dargestellt...finde ich

Tut mir Leid, aber so sieht es der Prozess vor. Der IMA prüft die eingereichten Unterlagen und setzt dafür in der Regel einen externen Gutachter ein. Das gehört halt zu den UFK Garantien. Das hat erstmal nichts mit dem BFS und Term Sheet zu tun. Das sind die nächsten Schritte mit der KfW, die das alles dann beim IMA vorbeiführt…

Das unabhängige Gutachten bzw. das Ergebnis muss durch einen unabhängigen Gutachter an den interministeriellen Ausschuss bestätigt werden, der dann über die UFK Garantien entscheidet.

Ein unabhängiges Gutachten muß von einem unabhängigen Gutachter bestätigt werden??? Laßt doch mal die Kirche im Dorf! Es fehlt jetzt einfach noch das BFS und im Term Sheet wird dann über die UFK Garantien entschieden. Und dann werden die Konditionen ausgehandelt.

Wollte ich grad sagen... IER ist doch schon erledigt und auch schon weitergeleitet. Steht doch nur noch BFS und Term Sheet aus. Hat da jemand geschlafen???😕

"These milestones pave the way for the appointment of the Independent Expert...", der dann wiederum seine Arbeit machen muss und das IMC informieren muss. Dazu noch BFS update ausstehend und Term Sheet Finalisierung.

Die Zielgerade ist bei Eco traditionell etwas länger und um ein paar Ecken gebogen…also aus verschiedenen Winkeln kann man da unterschiedlicher Auffassung sein. Nichts desto trotz bleibe ich positiv gestimmt. Auf eine ereignisreiche Woche. Ein paar News sind sicher garantiert, zumindest von der indaba.
