Ah ja, die SEC-Meldung betrug 9.99 %. Nach unseren Meldepflichten waren es die 9.16%.
Demnach wurde mit der heutigen Meldung die Gesamtposition doch um 0.83 % aufgestockt.

Triton GP HoldCo SARL has increased its total percentage of voting rights in Evotec SE from 9.16% to 9.97%. This represents a rise of 0.81 percentage points compared to the previous notification. The increase is due to a higher percentage of voting rights attached to shares, while voting rights through instruments decreased to zero.
Der Equity Swap wurde offenbar bereits letztes Jahr ausgeübt und man hat die Aktien erhalten. Aber diese 9.9x% hatte man bereits im November 2024. Aufgestockt haben sie also nicht.
