@everyone Dear All, Hope you had a good weekend! Here's an update on what's been happening with OSC and the steps we have taken in the last few days : 1. We submitted draft Q3 interim filings to the OSC. 2. We submitted a draft news release to OSC announcing refiling of Q1 and Q2 financial statements and MD&As. 3. We submitted a personal information form of our director. We received a letter from OSC on Nov 2, 2023. In that letter : 1. OSC had a comment about some funds in the Ukraine and it's accessibility. 2. OSC directed that we get our Q3 interim filings reviewed by the Audit Committee before the OSC reviews it. 3. OSC directed that we get our Q3 interim filings reviewed by the CFO before OSC reviews it. 4. OSC directed that we amend our draft press release and provide more information on what was specifically amended in our Q1 & Q2 filings. 5. OSC directed that we share a copy of the letter with the Audit Committee and our response to their comment mentioned in point one. 6. OSC directed that we share a copy of the letter with our Auditors and our response to their comment in point one. Steps completed : 1. We drafted our response to their comment about funds in Ukraine and it's accessibility. 2. The Audit Committee is reviewing the interim filings. 3. CFO has reviewed the interim filings. 4. We will share an amended draft press release with OSC today. After it is approved, we will file Q1 and Q2 documents on SEDAR+. 5. A copy of the OSC letter and our response to their comment has been shared with the Audit Committee. 6. A copy of the OSC letter and our response to their comment has been shared with our Auditors. We will follow up with the Audit Committee and expedite the review process. As you can see it's not a one step process to get the halt lifted. I really wish it was but that's not how it works. We understand that it's been a very long time, we do not deny that. But you need to see that we are working very hard to get this sorted with the OSC. And I hope that this message gives some clarity and is helpful in a small way. Thank you!
