FSD Pharma Inc (NASDAQ:HUGE) (CSE:HUGE) CEO Raza Bokhari tells Proactive it has closed US$10 million in a registered direct offering.
Bokhari says the offering comes as the Canadian company actively works to submit an Investigational New Drug Application to the DA to use its FSD201 as a possible treatment to reduce lung inflammation in hospitalized coronavirus patients.
