I wish you were right. You need to check the UK subsidiarie where both HelloFresh and Green Chef is included.

Press release just now on Sweden:
German meal kit company HelloFresh is implementing extensive product changes in Sweden, focusing on greater variety, increased personalization and higher quality.
The initiative is funded through cost savings and is intended to drive long-term profitable growth. The number of recipes has increased significantly and could reach 100 per week in 2026. The company is also introducing the ability to swap or add protein in meals.

Group-level grants were more than halved — 17.6M in 2024 down to 8.4M in 2025. So the promise to reduce dilution was kept.
But at the parent company (HelloFresh SE) level, SBC actually increased — €16.0M to €18.0M (+12.5%) under German GAAP. The IFRS holding segment shows a different picture (-29%), but that's a broader definition covering central functions across multiple legal entities.
So: yes, they cut grants significantly at group level. But, they didn't cut compensation for the parent company's own employees — it quietly went up.

Hoffen wir mal, dass wir bis Juni wieder oberhalb dieser läppischen 6 Euro stehen. Im Moment sieht es leider nicht danach aus - aber hier kann sich in ein paar Monaten so viel drehen. Bei HF gibt‘s ja immer großes Kino gratis dazu - in die ein oder andere Richtung… 😅

Ja, das stimmt. Durch meinen glorreichen Frühlingskauf liege ich sicher noch um einiges höher, als Du. Aber wir sind Kleinaktionäre, die nicht den Blick von innen von Tag 1 ab haben. Dass sich Griesel so verschätzt hat (Richter ja auch mit seinen letzten Käufen) zeigt, dass sich das Management auch schwerlich vorstellen konnte, was hier mit ihrem einst in den Himmel gelobten „Baby“ an der Börse passieren würde…
Spricht dann entweder dafür, dass beide wenig Ahnung haben oder dass der Markt nach unten übertreibt
