Max Bayer added that since the "FDA has already removed a dozen peptides from Category 2, that really only leaves one place for them to be classified" ... implying Max thinks it's close to a done deal that these peptides will not be left in 'purgatory' for long and will in fact be moved to Category 1 in July.
