MARA Holdings Increases Convertible Notes Offering to $850 Million Binance News 6h ・ Verified Binance official account AI Summary According to Odaily, Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings, Inc. has announced an increase in the total principal amount of its 0.00% convertible senior notes due in 2031 to $850 million, up from the initially announced $700 million. Additionally, MARA has granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to buy up to an additional $150 million in principal amount within 13 days from the first issuance of the notes. The offering is expected to close on December 4, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. Und, wenn einige davon ausgehen, dass sich der aktuelle bullrun mit dem vor 4 Jahren deckt, dann kommen die hohen Kurse Richtung März, bevor es eine Korrektur gibt

Auf Sicht ist der Kaufzeitpunkt nicht mehr so entscheidend, wenn du als Grundvoraussetzung hast, dass der BTC Kurs zukünftig weit über 100k stehen wird (zukünftig ist dabei eine dehnbare Zeitangabe).

Das ist doch nur noch Verarschung hier... Die schaffen sich ein schönes Polster aus BC und auf Kosten der Aktionäre...

Wenn Micros. uns Mara jetzt so massiv zukaufen, dann gehen die wohl wirklich von einem stetigen Anstieg des BTC aus. Ich hätte ja vermutet, dass im Jan / Febr. bessere Gelegenheiten zum einkaufen kommen..
