However, Aarvik is still shouting sales about its competitor Nel, which is priced miles above HydrogenPro. The analyst has a sell recommendation on Nel and has set the price target at NOK 7, which implies a downside of over 50 per cent, given today's exchange rate.
- The difference between the two is far too great. On our 2023 estimates, Nel trades at 17 times EV/sales versus HydrogenPro at 2 times EV/sales. If we look at the company value against the actual reported backlog after the third quarter, Nel trades at 8.1 times and HydrogenPro at 1.6 times, says Aarvik
