Viele haben Stop Loss gesetzt, deswegen fällt der Kurs schnell runter. Die andere freuen sich über den billigen Einkauf. Der Kurs wird wieder steigen.... cool bleiben... :)

-25% wegen einer Verschiebung des Gerichts? Laut Foren soll der andere Bezirk ja schneller halten, interpretiere ich also positiv... Ich warte noch ab und kauf dann nach😁

Danke für Deine Rückmeldung Stock, ja darum werde ich mich auch weiterhin bemühen, noch eine Wortmeldung @Papi - der Samsung Case Vertragsbruch ist geklärt, es geht "nur" noch um die Gebühren, kein Schadensersatz - die Lizenzgebühren - siehe Klageschrift Texas vom 20.12. gegen Samsung, beinhaltet die letzten an Netlist erst im Mai 2021 zugesprochenen Patente die alle SDRAM Dimm´s von Netlist angreifen - that´s cool! (meiner Meinung nach)

Is it too much to ask for transparency, new dates if hearings are vacated and to get justice after 12 years of Google infringing and stealing Netlist intellectual property? One may get the impression that giants like Google is already ruling this country. It is time that the public becomes fully aware of this case. Would you please at least indicate the reason why the hearing was "vacated" that should have been held on 12 January ? And would it be fair at least to inform about a new date or at least to indicate the next steps in order to find a new date for that hearing ? Delayed justice is denied justice.
