Wieso sollte man bei den Kursen Interesse an ner Übernahme haben? Insbesondere wenn man noch Cash hat, um das Business in America und Asien zu drehen.

Next week will be either change in management in Asia or approving the turnaround plan there. Either way it is positive for the stock/company. If I was Zhang, I would be cooking something really really big to announce in upcoming 2-3 days.
