The approval of an amendment to the Company’s charter to provide that the authorized number of shares of the Company’s common stock or undesignated preferred stock may be increased or decreased by the requisite vote of the holders of capital stock entitled to vote thereon, without either class voting as a separate class irrespective of the provisions of Section 242(b)(2) of the DGCL of the Delaware General Corporation Law (the “DGCL”). ​ 5. The approval of an amendment to the Company’s charter to provide for exculpation of officers from breaches of fiduciary duty to the extent permitted by the DGCL. ​ 6. The approval of an amendment to the Company’s 2021 Stock Option and Incentive Plan, as amended (the “2021 Plan”), to increase the number of shares of the Company’s common stock reserved thereunder by 40,000,000 shares, from 51,400,000 shares to 91,400,000 shares. ​ 7. Das hat auch nichts mit einer negativen Einstellung meinerseits zu Plug zu tun, die mir wahrscheinlich gleich wieder vorgeworfen wird. Bin hier sehr hoch investiert und habe herbe Verluste hinnehmen müssen. Aber ich glaube trotzdem daran. Aber leider kann man Tatsachen nunmal nicht ignorieren. Und da steht es eben schwarz auf weiß geschrieben.

Macht doch einfach den Link von coffindancer auf (gestern 23:01). Da hab ich es doch auch rauskopiert. Wie kann man das dann nicht finden (wollen) ?

Im Dokument steht nichts über RS oder die Ausgabe von Aktien, oder?Es werden zwar einige Punkte erwähnt, aber nichts in dieser Hinsicht.

Ehrlich gesagt, bin ich seit einigen Tagen oder sogar über zwei Wochen ziemlich ruhig geblieben.Aber das, was hier geschrieben wird, ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Gelogen und eigene Worte würden hier geschrieben🤣🤣🤣🤣
