Ich hatte diese Warrents auf dem Schirm: Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK) (OTCQX: RCKTF) (FWB: RJIB) (WKN: A1XF0V) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") is pleased to announce that it intends to undertake a proposed brokered offering (the "Offering") of up to approximately 9.5 million units of Rock Tech ("Units"), on a private placement basis, to certain U.S. and international investors at a price of U.S.$4.20 per Unit (or approximately C$5.42; based on the C$/U.S.$ exchange of $1.2895 as of December 17, 2021), for aggregate gross proceeds of up to approximately U.S.$40 million (or approximately C$51.9 million)1. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Rock Tech (the "Common Shares" and such Common Shares proposed for issue and sale, the "Unit Shares") and one common share purchase warrant of Rock Tech (a "Warrant", and together with the Units and the Unit Shares, the "Securities"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share (a "Warrant Share") at an exercise price of C$6.77 per Warrant Share for a period of 30 months following the date of issuance of such Warrant, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the certificate evidencing such Warrant, including acceleration and adjustment in certain circumstances.

Stell deine Unwissenheit einfach weiter hier zur Schau. Ist ja auch unterhaltsam. Bis 17.12. verfallen fast 10 Mio Warrants mit einem Ausübungspreis von 1,00 CAD. Zitat aus der letzten Annual Information Form vom 18. Mai. "December 22, 2020: the Company completed a non-brokered private placement of 9,994,447 units of the Company at a price of $0.85 per unit for gross proceeds of $8,495,279.95. Each unit consisted of one Common Share and one Warrant, each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $1.00 per share and expiring on December 17, 2022, subject to accelerated expiry in certain circumstances. The offering was led by Apeiron Investment Group, an insider of the Company which subscribed for over 30% of the offered units, and Dirk Harbecke, the chairman of the Board, who subscribed for over 11% of the offered units." Bei einem Ausübungspreis von 1,00 CAD wären Apeiron, Harbecke und die restlichen Warranthalter ziemlich blöde wenn sie auf die Ausübung verzichten würden.

Und der PreIs bei den Warrents bei RCK im Verhältnis zum aktuellen Kurs?...Siehst du, worauf das hinaus läuft??? Niemand verkauft billig, um danach teurere Warrents einzukaufen. Deine Spekulationen über Insiderverkäufe grenzen an Desinformation...
