Dann schreib dem Management von RTL dass sie in Zukunft den Passus im MD&A über das Risiko beim Bau und Betrieb des Konverters weglassen können.

Konverter werden nicht nur in der Lithiumbrache gebraucht. Konverter gibt es genug in Deutschland und in dem Bilfingerkonzern gibt es auch Firmen die mit Sicherheit schon Konverter gebaut haben. Also die können das auf jeden.

Und selbst wenn RCK auf 2€ fällt ja mein Gott dann bekomme ich mehr Aktien für mein Geld

Selbstverständlich hat Bilfinger technisches Know How, aber keine Erfahrungen beim Bau von Konvertern. Tesla hat auch viel technisches Know How, schafft es aber bis heute nicht Autos mit wirklich guter Verarbeitungsqualität zu bauen. Den Käufern ist das aber offenbar nicht so wichtig. Was sagt der Tesla-Chef zur Lithiumverarbeitung? "The mining is relatively easy, the refining is much harder,” said Musk on the earnings call."

Wenn schon im Vorfeld, ohne dass überhaupt etwas geschieht, zumindest nicht real auf der Baustelle, - einem solchen Unternehmen die Kompetenz abgesprochen wird, dann finde ich das schon fast frech. Arbeiten da nur Deppen? Und sicher, Erfahrung ist immer ein Argument aber genauso gibt es Menschen, die sagen „So haben wir es immer schon gemacht, so machen wir weiter!“ Hier geht es um eine Branche, die von Innovationen lebt, Ideen sind gefragt, Neuerungen - und ich traue eben Bilfinger und Co zu, dass sie verdammt noch mal einen BESSEREN Konverter bauen als die Chinesen!
