Es gibt keine Chance etwas rauszuholen. Das einzige Problem dabei ist, dass es zu lange dauert, bis wir die Aktie aus unserem Depot entfernen und den dadurch entstandenen Verlust für zukünftige Gewinne abrechnen können.

SPI Energy wurde auf Anordnung eines Gerichts auf den Kaimaninseln offiziell liquidiert. Dieser verdammte Xiaofeng Peng hat uns betrogen. Jetzt müssen wir warten, bis die Liquidation abgeschlossen ist, damit wir diesen Schrott aus unseren Depot loswerden können.

Kann die Aktie endlich komplett gekillt werden? Ertrage den Anblick des fetten vierstelligen Verlustes im Depot nicht mehr

Sollte es das geben bin ich auch dabei. Das die Aktie jetzt auf einmal wertlos ist kotzt mich ganz schön an.

Ich habe viele E-Mails an SPI und Phoenix Motor gesendet, ohne eine Antwort zu erhalten. Hatte jemand Kontakt mit dem Denton Peng-Betrüger? Ich denke, wir sollten die Möglichkeit in Betracht ziehen, eine Sammelklage einzureichen, und es wäre ideal, einen betroffenen Investor zu haben, der in den USA lebt; Gibt es in diesem Forum jemanden, der in den USA lebt und sich über eine Anwaltskanzlei informieren kann?

Danke dir! Sollte es nochmal bergauf gehen würde ich einfach gern wissen wie ich die Anteile aus dem Depot jetzt veräußern kann. Bei ING ist kein Verkauf bzw Handel möglich
