Das grundkapital hat in meinen Augen auch nichts mit der marktkapitalisierung zu tun

In dem Bericht ist vom nennwert der Aktie die Rede, nicht vom kurswert. Der nennwert drückt den Anteil einer Aktie am Grundkapital der Aktiengesellschaft aus. Dabei ergibt die Division des Grundkapitals, mit dem Nennwert einer Aktie, die Anzahl aller Aktien. Habe jetzt auch keine Ahnung davon aber vielleicht kann hier jemand ja mehr zu sagen

Ich bin bei Frogger - das passt nicht. Der Investor ist gut ja aber die gesamt Aktienzahl haut nicht hin. Bin gespannt was die nächsten Tage passiert.

Tennis123 Hast Du eine Quelle dazu? Mich hat es da jetzt abgehängt. Teilt man die Marktkapitalisierung durch den Kurs, dann erhält man die Anzahl an Aktien die es gibt. Das sind weniger als 4 Mrd., die im Besitz der Aktionäre sind. Warum und woher hat denn jetzt auf einmal SH im eigenen Bestand 4 Mrd. Aktien, die sie zu einem Bruchteil des aktuellen Kurs, 0,001 USD, an einen Investor verkaufen? Bitte klärt mich auf. Ich möchte das gerne verstehen und dazulernen.

Ich verstehe es so, das aktien für 4 millonen dollar aus dem Bestand von Sunhydrogen verkauft werden. Also keine Ke. Ein toller Investor der nur in aussichtsreiche firmen investiert, lest mal im inet.

Hab eben alles verkauft. Hab aber gleich wieder eine Kauforder gesetzt auf einen besseren Einstieg, vielleicht ja morgen schon ? :-)

LittleJoe genauso wie du es geschrieben hast seh ich es auch. Habe die News deswegen auch positiv aufgenommen. Mit der Talfahrt meinte ich nur dass die Aktie im Moment von News lebt, und es bis dahin immer langsam nach unten ging. Sorry. Hatte mich nicht richtig ausgedrückt 🙏

@Mathis: Warum diese Endzeitstimmung? Das tut doch gar nicht Not. TY schafft jetzt die Grundlagen, um das Produkt zur kommerziellen Reife zu treiben. Wenn er dabei, aufgrund des limitierten Cash Flows, in kleinen Schritten vorgeht, ist dies doch taktisch absolut anzuraten. Ich denke da gerne an die Anfänge von Apple, als SJ & SW in der Garage von SJs Stiefeltern den Apple 1 entwickelten. Damals hat auch fast niemand an diese Story geglaubt. Immer dran denken: Nichts ist so stark wie eine Idee, deren Zeit gekommen ist. Schönen Abend an Alle!

Der Kurs wird sich nicht halten. Wird noch Gewinnmitnahmen geben und dann ist wieder Talfahrt angesagt. Bis zu den nächsten News...

Sehr schöne Entwicklung, hatte auf noch niedrigere Einstiegskurse gehofft .. aber allen investierten gute Fahrt :-)
