Dip charttechnisch bis $225 drin? Nach den sell after good news überall und dem nicht erreichen der Erwartungen, bzw nicht hervorragendem übertreffen der Erwartungen. War in teladoc und möchte wieder rein 🤔 kann mir vorstellen erste korb bei 190 € zu setzen ... premarket mal abwarten in einer Stunde

79% YoY growth sounds pretty great, the problem is that QoQ growth is actually -3%. Before today, TDOC has not ever had negative quarterly growth in its nearly 5 years as a public company. I really hope they explain this in the conference call. Also, since TDOC alone had 279mm of revs and total revs were 383mm, that means LVGO accounted for 104mm of revenue. Similarly, this is a QoQ deceleration for LVGO, which also never had a quarter of negative growth before today.

Let me give those idiots some basic math, just from the EPS perspective: -$3.07 reported INCLUDES (if you read the report) $0.45 + $2.59 = $3.04 of Livongo acquisition-related costs. Looking at the remainder, you can see that -0.03 is very close to profitability, and completely smashes even the HIGHEST EPS estimate of -0.12 for Q4 2020. Now include strong revenue growth, high revenue outlook for 2021 that could easily smash 2B (representing nearly 100% growth from this year), and the pure synergy of having Livongo, this is a beast. This drop is merely a sale; I can guarantee you will see Cathie Woods load up and continue to load up while this stays down. Don't bet against her.

Die 90% sind aber nicht organisch. Also ist verzerrt durch die Übernahme von Livongo.

Schwache Guidance. Schade, das wars dann mittelfristig. Ich verkaufe und nehme sie wieder auf die Watchlist. Dürfte 20-30% einbüsssen die nächsten Wochen.
