EPRA Monthly Market Review : "The ECB is assessing whether to hike or pause rates in the forthcoming period, it expected that at least one more hike in September or later. Inflation im Juli ist in den USA niedriger ausgefallen als erwartet um 0,1 % auf 3,2 %. Im Juni waren es 3 %, aber es gab einen negativen Basiseffekt von 0,6 % vom letzten Monat. Kerinflation ist um 0,1 % gefallen. Gleichzeitig schwächelt der Arbeitsmarkt in den USA. Wahrscheinlichkeit auf weitere Zinserhöhung im September ist jetzt runter auf 7 % (Markterwartung).
