Bundestag Extends Rent Control Law Until End of 2029 Published on 06/26/2025 at 07:09 BERLIN (dpa-AFX) - The rent control law for new leases in highly sought-after residential areas will be extended until the end of 2029. This decision was approved by the Bundestag in Berlin, with votes from the CDU/CSU, SPD, and Green parties. The AfD voted against the measure, while The Left Party abstained. Rent Cap With Exceptions The rent cap applies in areas designated by the respective state governments as having a strained housing market. When a property is newly rented out in these areas, the rent at the start of the lease may not exceed the local comparative rent by more than ten percent. This comparative rent is the average for similar apartments, as listed for example in local rent indexes. Certain properties are exempt from the rent cap, including newly built apartments that were rented out for the first time after October 2014, as well as apartments that are being rented out for the first time following comprehensive modernization. Hubig: Further Proposals Coming Soon Federal Justice Minister Stefanie Hubig (SPD) announced: "I will quickly introduce further packages to improve tenant protection, for example regarding index-linked rents, furnished apartments, and the extension of regulations on grace period payments."

@Hanspeter Da lief wohl was schief. Wenn Du beweisen kannst, dass Du die Weisung korrekt erteil hast und diese rechtzeitig eingegangen ist, muss entweder der Vorgang korrigiert oder der Dir dadurch entstandene finanzielle Schaden von der depotführenden Bank ersetzt werden.

Die andere 1/2 läuft weiter mal sehen ob wir Mittelfristig noch auf 32€ kommen😉
