This compares with $531M, or $1.24 per share, in last year's fourth quarter. Excluding items, Waste Management Inc reported adjusted earnings of $507 million or $1.19 per share for the period. Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.15 per share, according to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items. The company's revenue for the quarter rose 0.3% to $3.85 billion from $3.84 billion last year. Die stellen die tower für den mobilfunk bereit. Telecom usw. mieten sich dann ein. Haben stabile verträge von über 20 jahren. Ist zusätzlich ein REIT und deshalb gibts auch ne super dividende
