$5M Brokered Private Placement: On January 30, 2023, the Company closed its previously announced brokered private placement of 22,800,000 units at a price of $0.22 per unit for gross proceeds to the Company of $5,016,000. Each unit was comprised of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of 24 months following January 30, 2023. However, that if the daily volume weighted average trading price of common shares of the Company on the Toronto Stock Exchange for any 10 consecutive trading days equals or exceeds $0.47, the Company may, upon providing written notice to the holders of the warrants, accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to a date that is 10 days following the date of such notice.----o.k. die Charge dieser Warrants 24 Monate ausübbar bis zum 01.02,2025. Das ist jetzt doch länger als von mir erhofft...
Hat jemand die Info parat, bis zu welchem Tag die ausgegebenen Warrants einlösbar sind? Ich denke, dass die Warrants-Halter in einer besonderen strategischen Beziehung zu WFi (anders als wir Retailer Shareholders) stehen und ich es mir gut vorstellen kann, dass bis vor Ablauf der Wandlungsfrist auch diese betroffene strategische Gruppe ein starkes Interesse an einem wiedererstarkten Kurs haben wird. Ich kann mir nur schwer vorstellen, dass alle Warrants (mit einem Mindest-Strike-Preis von 0,30 Can-Dollar und höher) einfach an den Stichtagen x,x,z wertlos ausgebucht werden.
