Ich lache mich mittlerweile echt schlapp. Auf der MS werden trotz des erneuten Dämpfers weiterhin Durchalteparolen verkündet.
Mit BNT 327 und 316 wird es dann bestimmt irgendwann klappen.

Vor diesem Wert muss man aktuell warnen. Die ganze Story aktuell lässt auch nichts mehr zum hoffen auf bessere Kurse. Hab den Wert zum Glück schon lange nicht mehr nachgekauft. Jeder kurze Anstieg wird sofort abverkauft, da halbwegs mit nem blauen Auge rauszukommen gestaltet sich auch nicht einfach

Der wichtige Unterschied: Moderna hat bereits einen großen, randomisierten Phase-III-Erfolg in einer klar definierten Situation gezeigt. Pumitamigs neue Zweitliniendaten sind vielversprechend, beruhen aber auf einer kleinen, einarmigen Phase-II-Studie. Das ist ein wesentlicher Grund, weshalb der Markt die Ergebnisse nicht gleich bewerten muss.

Ich meine ich will ja die Aktie bei 67 Dollar srhen vor einem Kauf. Aber eins interessiert mich sehr, 38%? ansprechrate bei Biontech= -4% und 42% Ansprechrate bei Moderna = +640%. Lol

BioNTech (BNTX) and DualityBiologics announced that the DYNASTY-Breast02 global Phase 3 clinical trial met its primary endpoint demonstrating a statistically significant, yet modest improvement in progression-free survival, or PFS, with trastuzumab pamirtecan compared to investigator’s choice of chemotherapy in chemotherapy-naive patients with HR+/HER2-low metastatic breast cancer who have progressed on endocrine therapy. At this interim analysis for the secondary endpoint of overall survival, or OS, data were not mature. A higher rate of interstitial lung disease, or ILD, was reported in this trial compared to prior trials with trastuzumab pamirtecan, with most cases being Grade 1 and 2. Severe and fatal events were reported in a small proportion of patients. Otherwise, the overall safety profile was consistent with prior clinical trials and no new safety signals were observed. The available efficacy and safety data, as of this data cut-off date, suggest that the potential benefit to patients would be limited in the context of the HR+/HER2-low metastatic breast cancer treatment landscape. The companies will discuss the data and determine next steps. BioNTech and DualityBio are developing trastuzumab pamirtecan in three ongoing clinical trials, including two global Phase 3 clinical trials, in HR+/HER2-low metastatic breast cancer and in HER2-expressing recurrent endometrial cancer, as well as in a global Phase 1/2 clinical trial in patients with advanced/metastatic solid tumors.

Moderna and Merck released Phase 3 data showing their vaccine and Keytruda reduced the risk of melanoma returning or death by 42% after two years.
The results were released two days early due to a broken embargo, causing Moderna shares to plummet as much as 25% on Thursday.
Analysts questioned the value of the vaccine compared to neoadjuvant immunotherapy, which produces similar efficacy at potentially much less cost.
Moderna and Merck proved their custom cancer vaccine cut the risk of melanoma returning for longer than the cancer drug Keytruda, but it may take several years to understand if a therapeutic vaccine is better at beating the disease than immunotherapies.
The companies on Thursday released the highly anticipated Phase 3 data for intismeran, showing that a combination of the experimental vaccine and Merck’s immunotherapy Keytruda reduced the risk of the cancer returning or the patient passing away by 42% after about two years compared to patients only taking Keytruda.
Though a seemingly striking outcome, the vaccine wasn’t as efficacious as some investors had hoped. But the real test of intismeran will be how well the vaccine keeps cancer at bay over time. If it’s successful, the custom treatment could radically change how certain patients with cancer are treated.
