It anticipates coal usage to increase by 1% vs 2022 & NG usage to also increase due to lower prices
Expecting very hot summer to cause less rain & hydro power -> more thermal power needed
Overall, I'm a little disappointed that they are installing this much thermal power. Remains to be seen how much that capacity gets used
As pace of wind/solar installation continue to pick up, they will hopefully not need much thermal next yr
