In <5 months since its initial launch in early Nov last yr, the 24' #Avatr12 was launched today. From the nature of this launch, it appears to be a price reduction strategy. Compared to the prev models, the new Avatr 12 lineup now incl. an entry-level version with a 700km range, featuring 3-lidar, 800V high-voltage architecture, Huawei ADS 2.0, and HarmonyOS 4.0 smart cabin, priced at 265,800 RMB. The orig. 3 versions have had their prices adjusted to 278,800 - 378,800 RMB, a reduction of 30,000 RMB. At the same time, Avatr has announced that all existing owners will receive the Huawei Intelligent Driving solution for free for life.
