Weil es halt nicht soviel Kosten einspart wie es nötig wäre. Das waren doch meine Bedenken bzw. sind es noch. Aber immerhin wundert es dich auch. 😊

Mich wundert es ehrlich gesagt, dass die Kunden, auf Grund von höheren Diesel- und Düngerkosten, wegen der geopolitischen Lage, ihre Investitionen in LNC zurückhalten, welches ihnen schließlich Kosten (Wasser/teils auch Dünger) einsparen würde.

Eigentlich müssten alle Landwirte LNC gerade zu verzweifelt kaufen wollen!

Die Wasserpolitik in Kalifornien und Arizona befindet sich in einer historischen Krise, die durch eine langanhaltende „Megadürre“, den Klimawandel und eine jahrzehntelange Übernutzung des Colorado River verschärft wird. Die Agrarwirtschaft steht dabei im Zentrum des Konflikts, da sie in beiden Bundesstaaten der mit Abstand größte Wasserverbraucher ist. Das US-Innenministerium hat im August 2026 einen einschneidenden Zehnjahresplan finalisiert, der ab 2027 drakonische, verpflichtende Wasserkürzungen für die Staaten des unteren Flussbeckens (Kalifornien, Arizona, Nevada) vorschreibt, um das System vor dem Kollaps zu schützen. Problem sind aktuell auch die hohen us zinsen die immer weiter steigen und im Moment (2026 und 2027) keine düre und Wasser Mangel in California ist waschendlich erst so 2028 wieder. Kann mir gut vorstellen das daher viele bis 2027 oder anfang 2028 warten wollen.

Bin mal gespannt, was der 19.11. so bringen wird. Insgesamt scheint es im Feld sehr gut zu laufen. Geopolitisch sehe ich aber keine Entspannung in der nächsten Zeit. Ich hoffe, es lassen sich dennoch einige Kunden überzeugen, auch wenn die Risikotoleranz aktuell sehr gering ist.

MESA is our newest Liquid Natural Clay production unit. It’s a modular machine, so it can be configured to match the size and needs of each project. This application was the first time we ran it with every module in operation. The name MESA stands for Modular Engineering for Sustainable Agriculture.  On this project, we treated more than 800 date palm trees in the Coachella Valley, applying LNC on site through the grower’s existing irrigation.
