Apparently, some comrades don't find it so funny when, in Frankfurt in the middle of the year, KfW financing and EU funds were predicted for 2025 and it was said that there were no steps left... Six months later, we learn that the IER is still not finished and that the technical work for it was only recently completed. Fantastic. It seems like people are selling their train tickets cheaply on eBay because they expect KfW and EU funds in 2025, not 2026.
