@everyone Dear Shareholders, On behalf of the entire Intellabridge team, I want to express our sincere gratitude for your invaluable support and active participation in our recent Annual General Meeting (AGM). Your presence and engagement during the AGM played a pivotal role in making it a meaningful and successful event. The thoughtful questions and feedback shared by each of you underscore the strength of our shareholder community and its commitment to the growth and prosperity of Intellabridge. We are truly grateful for the trust you place in us and for the confidence you demonstrate through your ongoing support. The AGM serves as a crucial platform for us to communicate our progress, address your concerns, and gather input on key decisions. Your participation ensures that this dialogue remains robust and reflective of our shared goals. We had a successful call with Ontario Securities Commission staff yesterday. They had additional questions on Kash decentralized application and our plans of going forward with it. We explained to them that the development and marketing of Kash has been put on hold for now and we have no intentions of launching in the U.S and Canadian markets any time soon. Our resources are completely focused on the official launch of Karma Card in the U.S in January 2024. We are also expecting their reply this week to our responses submitted last time. Shareholder frustration was conveyed to them and we hope that there would be no additional follow up or new set of questions other than what was discussed today. There are two main action items that we will work on and resolve at the earliest, they are : 1. Performing an impairment test on the development cost associated with Kash decentralized application as the market conditions and economic environment has changed. This is to ensure that the value assigned on the balance sheet to this asset accurately reflects their economic value. 2. Even though John or Maria can be appointed as members of the Audit Committee, as a best practice and good corporate governance it was recommended that we appoint an independent director to the committee. We are in the process and will finalize the appointment promptly. If you have any further questions, suggestions, or feedback following the AGM, please do not hesitate to reach out. @chris11 Danke dir👍 Ich dachte gestern war ein Meeting mit der OSC. Kann mich natürlich auch täuschen, ich les nur in diesen Foren hier und da wird ja wild durcheinander geschrieben und man weiß nicht was man glauben kann, abgesehen von deinen Informationen ist nicht viel brauchbares dabei

Was stimmt mit deinem Gehirn nicht? 🧠 Wer redet sich denn was schön? Wir wissen alle das die Lage zur Zeit scheiße ist! Aber was willst du denn machen. Wir können doch nur abwarten !!! Und dann plusterst du dich noch auf, weil du schon am Anfang dabei warst. Mann, Mann, Mann. Ich bin auch seit April 2021 dabei und hab eine 5-stellige Summe investiert aber was bringt dir das, wenn du sowas in den Raum wirfst? 🤦‍♂️

ich bin hier 5 stellig investiert, von anfang an, da war die hälfte von euch noch gar nicht hier. das sind fakten. man kann sich trotzdem alles schön reden. fakt ist das die handelsperre da ist und nicht aufgelöst wurde. und warum sperren die diese, weil irgendetwas festgestellt wurde. und das kann nicht wenig sein! sonst würde man schon längst wieder handeln können. im gegensatz zu euren parolen sind das fakten. aber ihr könnt das weiterhin schön reden wie unsere bundesregierung 😀 face to face kann er ja jetzt in dieser lage mal anbieten. macht er aber nicht, weil er genau weiss es wird unangenehm...... kein einziger termin eingehalten , und trading halted weiterhin. schaltet mal eure birne ein. ich bin selbst investiert, ich bin hier nicht zum bashen! Welcher investor soll hier investieren, wenn die aktie seit monaten im handelstopp ist. kein normaldenkender investor pumpt kohle in diesen laden, nach all den fakten.

Alles nur große Sprüche und nix dahinter von dem! Genauso wie der, daß wir uns überlegen sollen was hier eigentlich los ist. Was nützt uns das überlegen? Wir und er können doch sowieso nix machen außer abwarten !!!

Apropos wechselnder Websites, es gab dort lange Gelegenheit für eine Terminbuchung mit "Hr. Eagleton", face-to-face und kaum jemand nahm es wahr.

Ne Website in 20 min??? Das halte ich für ein Gerücht, aber gut dass du dich auskennst im Gegensatz zu John 😂

ganz ehrlich wenn man in canada so lang eine handelsperre hat, wo jede pommesbude an die börse kann. dann würd ich mir mal überlegen was hier eigtl. los ist. ich denke intella bzw john eagleton soon haben hier massive probleme. Solangsam ähnelt das ganze auch einem Scam. Die haben einfach noch nix auf die reihe bekommen. kein einziger termin wurde eingehalten in den letzten 2 jahren. Das einzige was monatlich aktualisiert wird ist die homepage. das man ne website heutzutage innerhalb 20min voll erstellen kann inkl design und template sollte wohl auch jedem bekannt sein im 20.Jahrhundert. ich habe das invest abgeschrieben. würde aber gerne mal mit herrn eagleton ein wörtchen reden..........

Die zögern das doch nur raus weil der Handel mit dem Launch starten soll. Alles Tic Tac, ähhh ich mein Taktik. 😁 🦅 🌳

Aus dem Dis.cord Mazodi im Tel.gespräch mit Intella Anwalt Mullins: Spoke with him: 1) original halt (cease trade order) was put on Kash because of their filing mishap. Once you get CTO they look into every single detail of your company before they allow you to retrade 2) tons of companies out there that deal with crypto but if they do not get halted for whatever reason the OSC doesn’t have the manpower to investigate every company to see if they deal with crypto 3) he believes those 3 options mentioned in the AGM won’t be needed and that he is confident it’ll trade again soon
