Plan im Oktober: - Gelder überweisen (Beta 1.15) - Sofortige Lastschriftfunktion (Beta 1.16) Derzeit ist Beta 1.14 (Android) Warum ums verrecken starteten die bereits mit bezahlter Influencer Werbung und Platzieren auf Websites bei diesem wieder erst halbfertigen, noch schadhaftem Produkt mit ein paar wenigen Stores??? Ich stelle mir das so vor, man wird auf die Werbung aufmerksam, bestellt die Karte oder karmifiziert sich und dann kann man keine Gelder überweisen oder per Lastschrift oder es wird nach Tagen irgendwie "händisch" übertragen. Erinnert mich an Kash mit Transak ohne Iban 😂

Von Afreen: Hello @everyone, a lot has been going on behind the scenes and we were not in a position to share this information without releasing it in the proper channels beforehand. As OSC did not have any further comments on the annual reports and MD&As of 2021 and 2022, we requested our auditor to issue the restated statements on September 26. The annual statements were signed by the Board and issued by the auditors on September 27. Simultaneously, we requested the OSC to revoke the FFCTO as the reason (late filing of continuous disclosure) for issuing it had now been addressed. To this the OSC replied that it will consider recommending the revocation of CTO and also asked us if we are rescheduling our AGM and if not, how do we intend to inform our shareholders of the recently filed amended financial statements, give sufficient notice to change their proxies and provide all the required documents to ensure transparency. As it was a very tight window for us to ensure that all documents were available to the shareholders before October 6, it was decided that the AGM be postponed. We hope this gives you a bit more context into why the AGM was postponed. In the coming week, we will inform you of the new date on which the AGM will be held.
