Hier mal ein Feedback aus Reddit: it was delisted because of being a Low Priced Security (LPS) where Clearstream has delisted it on all German and I guess also other European exchanges. So it is not only Lang&Schwarz but Tradegate, Gettex, Hamburg, etc. The LSP regulates that a foreign security not being traded at the main exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ, you name it ...) must have at least 50 M USD market cap. The ridiculous detail is, that Powertap had more than 50 M USD since August 11, when the latest rally started and was delisted the day where they had approximately 70 M USD. Bad news is a panic sell-off happening in the Toronto exchange NEO (https://www.neo.inc/en/live/security-activity/MOVE#!/chart ) right now, where the current price is 0.11 Canadian Dollar. This is roughly 0,087 Euro. I am pretty sure that most Europeans sell their shares in Canada at any price, just to get out of it. I did the opposite. I bought 95.000 additional an hour ago, because the sentiment for this stock is still excellent. Given the Inflation Reduction Act Powertap will be an absolute winner. The positive tax regulation formerly only applying to California is now all over the US. In a year from now Powertap will be a cash machine even if they do not sell one kilo of Hydrogen. Once the panic is gone, the share price will go straight up.

Seit zwei Jahren versorgen sie uns regelmäßig mit Neuigkeiten, obwohl der Kurs fällt. Wenn Sie unseriös wären, hätten Sie meines Erachtens die Bude längst geschlossen und neu begonnen.
