Ich glaube ich fress einen Besen… selbst am 31.12. noch eine Akquisition abschließen, chapeau! Freue mich gewaltig auf 2025 bei Mutares und werde meine Position am 2.1. direkt weitere aufstocken, ist bald meine größte Position einfach

VR Road Logistics will strengthen Mutares´ Goods & Services segment as a new platform investment in Finland. VR Road Logistics is a leading road logistics business offering mainly full truck load freight for large industrial clients within forestry & metals, construction and mining. The business offers services for Full Truck Loads, Circular Economy, Supply Chain Logistics and Warehousing. VR Road Logistics has a long-term relationship with several blue-chip customers. The business generated revenue of ca. EUR 80 million in 2023.

Mutares hat seit 2017 von 0,35€ bis 2024 auf 2,25€ erhöht und dabei nie gekürzt.Manche Jahre zumindest gleich gehalten. Ich gehe davon aus,dass sie die 2,25 € zumindest halten wollen,um diese schöne 7 jährige Historie erhalten und fortführen zu können. Die nächsten Jahre müsste dann die Divi wieder steigen,wenns einigermaßen läuft und das wird es.

Er hat mehrfach betont dass es diesen Jahr vll noch einen Exit gibt. Das schürt Erwartungen.

Nächstes Jahr sollen doch 8 Exits kommen 🧐

In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft. Durchs kontinuierliche Zukaufen erweitert Mutares seine Optionen, gut durchdacht und nicht unter Druck einen Exit herbeiführen zu müssen. Je größer ihr Portfolio, desto größer ihre Verhandlungsmasse. Und wie Laumann selbst sagt, stärkt das die Marke Mutares.

Wie sind die Erwartungen zur nächsten Dividendenzahlung? „Nur“ 2 Euro, oder sollten es mit Sonderausschüttung 2,25 € werden wie letztes Jahr, oder sogar noch etwas mehr? Gabe es Management-Aussagen dazu oder lässt sich etwas aus dem Verlauf der letzten beiden Jahre ableiten?
