Die Vorstandsvergütung für die HV gefällt mir sehr gut. Hier steht zum Bsp. das die Kurspflege enorm auf die Vergütung Einfluss hat. So will man 20% über der Entwicklung des Techdax liegen. Ein Ziel das mir gefällt.
