Kommt mir bekannt vor. Für das Hafengelände werden die Trucks keine Straßenzulassung benötigen. Fragt sich bloß woran es da wohl noch hängt.

Ulm, Deutschland Joint Venture Produktionsanlage Update
Unsere Produktionsstätte in Ulm, Deutschland, auf dem Industriegelände von IVECO ist fertiggestellt. Die Anlage ist in der Lage, 2.000 Lkw pro Jahr zu produzieren und kann auf 10.000 Lkw pro Jahr ausgebaut werden. Im Jahr 2022 werden wir voraussichtlich 25 Lkw bauen und an die Hamburg Port Authority liefern.
