Nordic Unmanned is pleased to announce the closing of the joint venture deal between Nordic Unmanned and Aeromon. The newly established joint company, NUAer, will combine the operational excellence and global reach of Nordic Unmanned and the world leading emission monitoring technology of Aeromon. The mission of NUAer is to support the acceleration of the green transition in the maritime industry through world-leadership control of marine air pollution. NUAer aims to be the world leading system integrator providing mobile maritime emission monitoring systems to end clients. Its customer base will be governmental agencies, port authorities, shipping companies and oil and gas operators directly and through Nordic Unmanned’s existing and new maritime contracts. Nordic Unmanned’s multi-purpose drone Staaker BG-200 has already been qualified for starting maritime emission monitoring operations with the new sniffing technology from NUAer, whilst Nordic Unmanned’s fleet of Camcopter S-100 will be equipped with NUAer sniffers during first half of 2022. Following integration, NUAer is mission-ready and on track to deliver cutting-edge emission monitoring technology to its clients. Nordic Unmanned expects a sizable improvement in EBITDA within its Maritime operations with the NUAer sniffer system operational. Nordic Unmanned is expecting to expand its Emission Monitoring operations into the US during Q2 2022. The sniffer can measure several gases, including SOx, NOx, CO2, and Methane, providing actionable insight to both emitter and authorities. NUAer will integrate its offering with the services of its sister company Ecoxy, the leading Norwegian provider of accredited emission measurements for the shipping and oil and gas industry. These synergies will expand Nordic Unmanned’s service offerings to existing clients and strengthen the Group’s environmental monitoring profile for the governmental segment. As previously communicated, Nordic Unmanned will invest EUR 1.5 million in the joint venture and will have an exclusive right to acquire the remaining 40 percent of the shares of the company based on certain performance criteria. Kristin Alne, an executive from the Energy industry with a Masters’ degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering, has become the CEO of NUAer. The company is based in Sandnes, Norway.

Nicht mal bei einem positiven Gesamtmarkt ein Vorankommen. Hoffe, dass die Bekanntheit des Unternehmens mal steigt.

Man muss hier genau auf die Entwicklung des Opex achten, da dieser teilweise überproportional zum Umsatz steigen kann und somit weiter Geld verbrannt wird. Dies würde zu weiteren Kapitalerhöhungen führen, bis zu einem gewissen Grad vertretbar, aber im Verlauf muss sich die Skalierbarkeit des Geschäftsmodells zeigen.

Ich bin auch skeptisch, ob die 400 Mio. Euro / 4 Mrd. NOK machbar sind. Vermutlich nur, wenn alles läuft wie geplant (und das tut es nie). Aber solange die Story stimmt, kann ich auch zwei Jahre länger warten.

Bin hier auch investiert und denke, dass es ein zukunftsträchtiges Unternehmen ist. Ich würde mich über ca. 400 Mio. EUR Jahresumsatz 2025 (eigentlich werden ja immer 4 Mrd. NOK kommuniziert) auch sehr freuen, aber das dadurch unterstellte jährliche Umsatzwachstum mit einem Faktor von 2,25 auf Basis der 2020er Umsätze ist schon sportlich, höchst sportlich würde ich sagen! Da müssen 2022 schon ca. 33 bis besser 35 Mio. EUR Umsatz her (nochmals fast 50 % mehr als die 25 Mio. EUR, die schon das 4,5fache von 2020 wären). Wie gesagt, die Folgejahre nochmals mit Faktor 2,25 ...

Klar, eine Unsicherheit bleibt bei einem Wachstumswert immer. Spannend wird letztlich auch, wie sich der Gewinn entwickelt. Aber nachdem die quasi bestätigten Aufträge für 2022 jetzt schon ein klares Wachstum erkennen lassen (ca. 25 Mio. Euro nach Berechnung von BankMannen79 aus dem Shareville-Forum - hilsen fra Tyskland! 😉), bin ich positiv eingestellt, dass uns noch einiges erwartet. Da ist der Kurs dann für mich auch erst mal zweitrangig.

Gut möglich, jedoch kann sich auch zunehmend Ernüchterung breit machen, wenn man sehen wird, dass das Wachstum sich verlangsamt und das Ziel 2025 somit noch unrealistischer erscheint. Denn das würde nicht unbedingt weitere Anleger anlocken, die man hier dringend bräuchte. Warum sollte man dann das Risiko eingehen? Vor allem in Anbetracht möglicher steigender Zinsen? Es bleibt spannend, jedoch ist es kein Selbstläufer und könnte auch schief gehen.

Ich denke, wir können uns hier in den nächsten Monaten auf einiges freuen. Für einen Umsatz von 400 Mio. Euro 2025 müssen genau jetzt die Weichen gestellt werden. Bin gespannt zu sehen, wie NU seine Strategie umsetzen wird.
