Why KeyBanc Is Bullish on Oracle Ader sees Oracle’s cloud infrastructure growth as a major reason to favor the stock. Oracle added 850 megawatts of data-center capacity during the quarter. That was nearly three times the capacity added in the previous quarter. Oracle’s remaining performance obligations also rose to $664 billion. That was $25 billion above the Street’s estimate. The company added another $30 billion in AI bookings during the quarter. Ader was encouraged by the source of those bookings. They came from new customers and new campus projects. He also noted that Oracle is becoming less dependent on a small number of large AI customers. “We got both better in-period execution and future-period bookings than anticipated. Check and check. We remain Overweight,” Ader wrote.
