GDRs can be converted to underlying shares listed on Korea Exchange by requesting the conversion to depositary(Citibank) through your broker until GDS cancellation cut-off time, which is June 19, 2025. After the cut-off time, Citibank would proceed to sell the deposited shares and hold the net proceeds of such sale until the proceeds are sent to the holders of the GDRs.
