was ich gut finde, das delisting ist erst für 2026 geplant bis dahin ist die aktie weiterhin normal handelbar

Bringt nur nix, weil die Altaktien ohne Entschädigung aus dem Rennen gehen, es gibt neue Anteile für die Gläubiger und ein paar Aktionäre, die später ihre Anteile nicht ,ehr börslich handeln können. Nein danke.

Die haben gerade die o.g. Meldung veröffentlicht. Earnings expected mehr als 100%?!

Debt-to-Equity. Die Gläubiger erhalten 80% neue Anteile. Die alten Anteile (Aktien) verfallen dann laut Meldung. Aber Schulden bleiben, so steht es dort.

Das war bisher die Nachricht, die man an schwersten einordnen kann. Ich blicke immer noch nicht durch.

Für die Aktionäre zählt nur die Frage, ob sie mit stark verwässerten 20% an einer nicht mehr an der Börse notierten Gesellschaft mit neuen Anteilen beteiligt sein wollen oder nicht. Die alten Aktien werden jedenfalls durch ein Delisting und die Ausgabe neuer Anteile wertlos. Ich bin raus. Nach mir die Sintflut.

Was passiert genau mit den schulden bei Annahme?

Der Aktionär wird hier am Ende der Dumme sein.

So kriegen sie wahrscheinlich am schnellsten ihre 10 Milliarden und danach heisst es wir haben uns einigen können. Am Ende hat der Kleinanleger die Schulden getilgt.
