An Extraordinary General Meeting of TECO 2030 ASA was held on 1 December 2022.
All resolutions were adopted in accordance with the Board's proposal, including
the appointment of Tim Young as a new board member.
The minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting are attached, as well as the
attendance list and voting protocol.
